Double Standard Much?

Why complain if someone thinks they are something else? Our society readily accepted the "belief" that we descended from an animal anyway. The fact is, humans naturally act like animals, with or without evolution. Straight men see an attractive woman, they drool like a dog (most of the time), women who get into fights with other women yowl and claw like cats, etc. We believe we that are animals; we say "humans are animals too" so why the hell are we looking at otherkin like some weirdos? Either we aren't animals or we are - don't uphold a double standard. We have lived alongside animals for so long that behaviors (and misconceptions of behaviors) have attached to our psyche. As long as a dogkin isn't trying to hump your leg (as a broad example), stop hating on them for having feelings. Now, I don't know much about how society feels about transgender or gender dysphoria (I think they similar? I'm not sure...) but if people are open about that as they are homosexuals, no one bats an eye about someone changing their genders but everyone loses their mind if someone says they are not the species they were born as. How is it any different?
