Icon Terms and Conditions/person report

So I've decided to create a sort of terms and conditions with my icons. I actually enjoy seeing how people use my icons, as like to find like-minded people and sometimes I find icons that I wouldn't find any other way. So it's nice. But I don't appreciate people misusing my icons to spam people maliciously or using it porn that they post on here. It's not funny, attractive, good-natured, etc. It's sickening and rude. I may not make the icons myself, but sometimes, I have to create gifs from YouTube on my own. That takes time, it doesn't always go smoothly. So in alot of ways, these icons are like my work. So when I see them misused, it upsets me. I shouldn't have to ignore future mentions just to stop seeing it. They are still in my gallery, which means I have the right to create rules on how people use my deviations. If someone does not like it, they can simply not use them. They have zero rights to continue using them if I tell them to stop. The moment someone has misused them, they have forfeited the ability for that icon to be public, which makes it less fun for me and everyone else. My right as a content creator is experiencing joy in seeing how people use my creations. And I also have a right to make rules on how they are used. END OF STORY.

The male user, nickolasss1, whose profile picture not only makes me gag but violates dA rules, is posting porn and using one of my icons in his descriptions. They are violating my rules and I ask anyone who cares to report as many of his deviations as possible.
